Elicitação de requisitos com dinâmicas colaborativas de discussão visual

Este artigo apresenta, sob a perspectiva do Design da Informação, um estudo teórico-prático a fim demonstrar que representações gráficas podem ser elaboradas no registro de conteúdos e informações discutidos em reuniões de elicitação de requisitos para o desenvolvimento de software. Para isso, o método adotado se apoiou na pesquisa bibliográfica sobre pensamento visual, alfabetização visual, construção colaborativa de conhecimento, repertórios interpretativos visuais, modelo mental, dinâmicas colaborativas de discussão visual, e processos e técnicas de elicitação de requisitos para o desenvolvimento de software, e também na realização de um estudo analítico de técnicas de elicitação de requisitos baseadas em representações gráficas. Como resultado, foi observado que as técnicas analisadas (e as características das representações gráficas elaboradas) sugerem que dinâmicas colaborativas de discussão visual são um ambiente propício à elicitação de requisitos no contexto estudado.
