Contribution of Service Design in improving the experience of extracurricular internship: proposal for the State Judiciary of Pernambuco

The present study sought to contribute to improving the experience of university students linked to the Internship Program, given the formative relevance present in the internship journey developed by university students, which goes beyond the limits of the acquisition of technical knowledge defined in academic curricula. This process was developed from the perspective of Design Science Research - DSR, which has two fundamental factors for the development of research: relevance - which guarantees practical solutions from the research results and rigor - which makes the research reliable in order to contribute to the knowledge base in specific areas.
