This study analyzes the ethical, legal, social, and environmental impacts arising from the use of artificial intelligence (AI). Based on a literature review and practical experiments, it discusses issues related to the originality and authorship of works, personal data protection, the reproduction of social biases, and the environmental costs associated with the development and operation of AI on a large scale. The results highlight the urgent need for specific regulations, transparency in training processes, and the adoption of policies that ensure equitable and sustainable practices. It emphasizes that the responsible use of AI depends on the integration of technological innovation, ethical principles, and effective regulatory mechanisms.
