This article presents selected outcomes of postdoctoral research projects investigating the interconnections between art, technology, performance, and the imaginal world through poetic experiments conducted in landscapes across Brazil, Mexico, and Peru. Grounded in the works of Henry Corbin, James Hillman, Gustavo Barcellos, and other scholars, these research projects bring together contemplative practices, ancestral cosmoperceptions, and computational art in the creation of videos, photographic essays, and interactive installations. Developed within the Canto das Ondas Collective, affiliated with the Poéticas do Corpo research group at the University of Brasília (UnB), this body of research resulted in the project Dream Times (Tempos Oníricos), comprising performances featuring a white quartz crystal, audio-visual recordings, and generative artworks, including Dream Pathways (Caminhos Oníricos), The Canoe’s Path: Between Mirrors and Water Roots (Caminho da canoa: entre espelhos e raízes d’água), and the installation Spirals in Flows (Espirais em fluxos). These works explore the relationships among body, landscape, temporality, and imagination, proposing perceptual shifts and new forms of interaction between embodied experience and technological processes.
